Flexible Hose Retrievable System

GI / SS Air pipes are installed on top of platforms on the aeration tank. These air pipes contain nozzles for connecting to the diffusers.

OTT diffusers are installed on retrievable diffuser grids located at the bottom of the tank which contain PCC / Concrete blocks (ballasts), flexible hose, ropes etc and are connected to nozzles on air pipes on top by flexible hoses.

These retrievable grids are lifted to the top of tank by lifting ropes for cleaning/other maintenance purposes and lowered back to the bottom and are brought/kept in position by guide ropes.

• Can lift each Retrievable diffuser grid for cleaning/other maintenance purposes without draining the tank.
• Individual diffusers can also be isolated on case of lower waste water flows, damages etc.
